Despite the rain event that happened yesterday we were still had a successful day. Even though we didn’t get to fill up the wall with pant legs we still raised over $1,800 dollars for Mr Thibeaux. We want to thank everyone that came by and supported Mr Thibeaux. Hopefully we all could make his holidays a little brighter.

We really appreciate all the messages and phone calls about our family and crops. We are all safe and pushing to get roads open and ready for the upcoming harvest season. We are truly blessed. Helene has definitely left its mark where we live. The storm surpassed our 100 year flood plane by 3-4 feet and took state roads and bridges with it. However our community along with many volunteers have pulled together to get highways, access roads, driveways and homes cleared for the county’s busiest time off year. We plan on opening all three locations again this year from 9am-9pm 7 days a week with opening days of (ridge November 22nd) & (Pinhook, Broussard November 27th). Please continue to pray for the people of Avery county and any others that were affected by the storm.
