THIS IS EXCITING news for the Oil & Gas Industry! Not only does this add jobs across the nation, but oil transported by Keystone will be brought to Louisiana refineries. In a discussion with Chris John of the Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Association (LMOGA), this Tuesday, he noted the recent flow reversal of the Houston-Houma pipeline, which would send oil from Houston to Houma and then on to LA refineries.
