However, Ian Willis sets builder/client transparency as the core value of his company. He believes the best way to accomplish this is by operating at the highest level of integrity.

It all begins by meeting and creating a basic level of trust and friendship. From there, you and Ian will establish your goals both in what you want in your dream home and how you want to achieve it financially. He will guide you through each step of the construction process; bidding to financial planning, surveying to permitting, inspections to walk-through’s
and closing.
