After years of practicing various forms of exercise, I've pulled my favorite exercises from each and combined them into an amazing Total Body workout!
Thank you to everyone who showed me support in this awesome endeavor! After much consideration, I have decided to no longer rent studio space. My hope is to continue to my love of all things health and fitness through different means. I look forward to continuing on this journey with your continued support 😊
