What are FOGs? Fats, Oils & Greases ....the enemy of commercial kitchens, food processing facilities & waste water treatment systems.

FOGS BIND TO EVERYTHING - walls, concrete, pipes, equipment and even glass. They have a bonding property called colloidal bonding and hydrophobic bonding, but they do not bind to water. They bond to everything else, including themselves.

If the extreme bonding properties of FOGs weren't enough of a problem....FOGs also STINK! FOGs undergo anaerobic degradation, creating hydrogen sulfide & organic sulphur compounds that are stinker still.
