Today, PPF spent another magical afternoon at the San Pablo 4th of July Multicultural Celebration! 🎆💚✨

This event has become one of our favorite annual traditions—a joyful opportunity to celebrate the many cultures, stories, and people who make our communities and our country so beautifully diverse. From music and laughter to unforgettable moments of wonder, it was a day filled with connection, joy, and—of course—a little bit of pixie dust!

As one of our performers, Marie, beautifully shared:

“My heart was especially full when several community members—particularly young teens and their parents—shared how meaningful it was to see someone who identifies as Filipina portraying a beloved character. Even beneath the wig and costume, they saw themselves reflected on stage. That kind of representation matters, and it’s a reminder that a little bit of magic can help someone feel seen, valued, and inspired.

Events like these celebrate so much more than beloved characters and familiar songs—they celebrate community, connection, and the power of belonging. I left feeling incredibly grateful and proud to be part of PPF, and I hope even more PPFers will join us this Fall in bringing a little pixie dust, hope, and magic to communities near and far.”
