Nearly a year ago I met , he was a young and hungry bodybuilder training with . I had the priveledge to train alongside him and watch him grow both physically and mentally.

Little did I know over the course of the year he would become a lifelong friend of mine. He may be younger than I, but I truly look up to him. His drive, dedication, consistency, and passion for bodybuilding is unlike any other I have ever seen. He pushed me to become better, work harder, and strive for greatness. He also helped me grow into a better man of God through his strong faith.

Today he left out on a new journey in life taking a great career opportunity in St Louis where I know he will do big things in both his career and his bodybuilding. You will meet others out there and always bring that fire with you to touch the lives of others as you did mine brother!

The journey in life can be wild but will always be fun, You will certainly be missed around here but I look forward to seeing you continue to grow and building the apex team around the country!

This is my 4 week transformation from Jan1-Feb 1❗️
•
Nothing great comes easy by any means‼️
•
I train 6 days a week and do cardio 5x week, some days it’s not easy but I know what the end goal is and what it’s going to take to get there❗️
•
I’m no where near where I want to be but with every meal I eat, every step of cardio I do, and every rep I lift, I know I’m one closer to the man I’m trying to be‼️
•
The biggest factor of the equation is your MINDSET and to be a CHAMPION you have to attack each day as if you already the CHAMP❗️
•
I have 22 more weeks to continue to improve‼️
•
With the guidance of I know we will bring home some hardware come July❗️🏆
