Basement finish-

This job we added a bedroom, storage room, office. Down in the already finished basement.

We gutted all the walls. Demoed all the tile on the floors. Removed the bathroom. Ripped out the old stairs.

We then re framed the stairs. Added new custom handrails. Set maple treads on stairs to match upstairs. Tiled a new landing. Replaced both the front door and garage door.

Framed the new basement layout. Re did the bathroom so the shower turned into bathtub combo. Added a new electrical and sub panel for basement. We finally topped it off with custom trim and doors. Then a fresh coat of paint.
