A new trend in additions we decided to try out: A complete roof tear off and adding an entire new story to a house. Adding a new story allowed for a third bathroom and fourth bedroom and vaulted ceiling game room with mini bar. Took the existing house to the studs and added 4' on the backside to extend living / existing bedroom space. Built-ins provided for a lot of extra storage in dining, laundry and bedroom areas. Tour a Magical Crestline, California, Home With a Statement-Making Staircase Wall for Apricots turned a dated house situated in the San Bernardino Range into a family-friendly getaway

A renowned Hollywood director and his fashion & design icon wife gutted and restored this estate on 28 acres on the mountain. Mid-century modern meets rustic glam for what is now a campground retreat for their family. Complete with in-ground trampoline, gaga pit, zipline, firepit and more. It's been a privilege to work on this giant project. Landscaping and flatwork to come this spring. Here's a sneak peek... more to come soon! Stay tuned.
