Ready Set Grow

What a summer surprise! Thank you to the McCall family for putting a smile on our teachers with a fabulous lunch out of the blue!

There is something so beautiful about the work our teachers do every single day at Ready Set Grow. 💛

They wipe tears, celebrate milestones, teach little hearts, offer comfort, speak life, give hugs, pray over children, and pour themselves out daily in ways most people will never fully see. The work they do is not just childcare — it is ministry. It is planting seeds.

I truly believe God handpicked each teacher in our center for a purpose. The patience, compassion, gentleness, creativity, and love they show these babies and children matter more than words can express. They are shaping hearts and lives during some of the most important years of development.

To our RSG teachers:
Thank you for showing up even on the hard days.
Thank you for loving children like they are your own.
Thank you for being safe places, teachers, nurturers, encouragers, and examples of Christ’s love.

You may not always see the harvest immediately, but the seeds you plant every day matter deeply.
