I didn't start lifting expecting it to change my confidence.

I started to build muscle…to get leaner and stronger physically.

But somewhere between the hard sets and the weights I didn't think I could move and the workouts I showed up for when I really didn't want to…

Something shifted.

I got comfortable being uncomfortable.

I learned I could do hard things. Push my limits.

Finish what I started even when every part of me wanted to quit.

And that didn't just stay in the gym.

It followed me into every hard conversation, every uncomfortable moment, every time life asked more of me than I thought I had.

Lifting doesn't just change your body. It changes what you believe you're capable of.

And once you know what you're made of? You stop playing small.
