So proud of my baby girl for wanting to create something delicious for her brother to enjoy after we found out that a gluten free diet would help his health. She experimented with all sorts of recipes and learned about the science of what different ingredients contribute to a baked product’s taste and texture. She had many failures and many successes as she attempted multiple batches. She now has a super scrumdiddlyumptious cookie! And of course this mama has to make a sign for her 🍪 baked batch coming up soon! And for the record, I absolutely prefer these gluten free cookies over regular cookies, and I’m not just saying that because I’m bias 😆
