Working on setting some intentions for the coming year. When you’re excited about so much and want to do so much it gets hard to see a clear path of where you’d like to be. This is why setting an intention then some goals will ALWAYS help.
I intend to live a life that is more meaningful and brings me joy.
I intend to take care of myself more by making more time and space for:
My own workouts
My own yoga practice
More specific financial planning
More quality experiences and fun times with family and friends.
Growth in business.
These are my intentional goals for 2023! I’d love it if you share yours with me. I know that whatever happens in the new year, at least I’m doing my part by setting up a clear path with these intentions.

So many of us go into fitness and nutrition programs focused on weight and that number on the scale. However, it is so much more helpful and meaningful to focus on your why.
That means why you want to change? After all weightloss WILL require a lifestyle change. When you're focused on your WHY, you will create lasting lifelong change once and for all.
Your WHY is what keeps you going. Your WHY creates discipline and consistency you didn't even know you were capable of.
If you find yourself struggling with the progress ask yourself these questions:
🟥 WHY do I want to make changes?
🟧 Why do I want to commit?
🟨 Why am I ready for a lifestyle?
You can nurture some ways to answer these questions by:
🟧 writing down the why's
🟥 Meditate on them
🟨 remember them next time you're struggling with your eating and workout program!
