It is farmers market season. We have changed things up a little this year... trying two new markets & returning to Williams Bay Farmers Market. See you there!

I am excited to share some news!! Simple Solutions Apothecary is working on licensing it's kitchen as an INCUBATOR KITCHEN!! Here is what's happening....

What is an INCUBATOR KITCHEN?
This type of license will allow me to make my product in my kitchen, PLUS rent the space to other businesses to do the same. Each business is required to get their own license with the state, I am just providing the space to do so.

Where am I in this process?
1. We are 99% done with the construction necessary to separate the kitchen from the store a little more then it was.
2. I am waiting for the new refrigerator & oven/stove range to be delivered.
3. I am waiting to hear back from the state on an inspection date.
THE GOAL IS TO HAVE THE KITCHEN OPERATIONAL BY JUNE!!

My hopes/goals with this kitchen...
There is so much to offer when it comes to herbalism. It is a community & no one person can do it all...I know I can't. I would love to have other herbalists rent the kitchen with the intent to sell in the store.... trading hours (manning the store) in return. This is the stuff of my dreams & I will of course rent the kitchen to non herbalists as well.
