🎄 Holiday & Scheduling Update 🎄

We have a few important updates to share with everyone:

• We are back to accepting animals for late season, for both previous and new customers.
• We will be closed for the Holidays from 12/24–1/1.
• Starting January 2, our hours will change to 5 days a week, 8:30am–4:00pm.
(Currently we are open 6 days a week and closed Sundays.)
• Drop-off times remain 9:00am–3:00pm.

To our previous customers we weren’t able to accommodate during 2nd–4th rifle season, we are truly sorry. We’re hoping many of you were able to quarter and freeze—if so, we can begin taking those animals in January.

For customers waiting on order status updates: if your portal shows “In Progress” or “In Freezer,” your animal has been processed and is most likely waiting on jerky. Jerky is a very labor-intensive process and takes extra time. You’re welcome to pick up what’s ready now and return later for the jerky if you prefer.

2nd rifle customers: We will be available Saturday-Monday 10/25-10/27 8:30a-4p., Closed at 2PM Sundays. Please note, starting Tues. Oct 28th, we will be by appointment only, previous customers only.

We will be particular on the condition of how animals are dropped off. If they are dirty, or frozen WITH hide on, we will not be able to accept them.

We are doing our best to accommodate as many as possible. Last year, between 1st and 2nd rifle season's, we had 9 days to clear the cooler from 1st rifle. This year, we only got 4 (not counting Monday as we still took in customers).

I can assure you we are doing our best to keep up.
Side note - any smoking orders (Summer sausage & snack sticks) will be pulled and frozen at the time of processing. We will make all smoking orders Jan/Feb. We are hoping this will allow us to accommodate more previous customers as Troy will have more time on the cutting table.

We still have COLORADO CHOICE GRADE GRAIN FINISHED BEEF AVAILABLE!! We have 1/4, 1/2 and whole beef $5.60/lb (hanging weight) on 1/2 & whole; $5.70/lb on 1/4's.
