In it, he writes, "If we really want to enhance the way security is perceived by businesses and the public, a good place to start is to ensure that officers are well-trained, professional, motivated and possess the appropriate knowledge and skills."

The day will gather security leaders, buyers and frontline officers to explore “what good looks like” in guarding. Topics will include regulation and labour standards; skills, careers and customer outcomes.
