A 47 year old basketballer presented to us with a nearly completely torn Achilles tendon (and a noticeable limp). With a combination of stem cells from his very own body, we were able to completely 'RestorePDX' his Achilles, seen as a dark strip on the right image (no longer white/torn on the left). Forget surgery. Do you think stem cells work?
