Meet Honey 🐶

For the past few months she’s been my little work companion while I conduct telehealth psychological evaluations. Most days she’s curled up nearby while I work.

Many of the people I speak with are facing real stress right now—financial pressures, safety concerns, and a lot of uncertainty. Being a psychologist means showing up and providing a steady, supportive space during difficult times.

Honey reminds me to slow down, stay present, and bring a little warmth into the work. Sometimes the best coworkers have four legs. 🐾
