These kind words are about a hand tufted rug with pet urine throughout the field. It was by no means an easy clean, and it required a through preinspection and plan of action but we saved this rug and it will lay to see another day.
We use what is called a rug badger to help remove and release dry soil from rug yarns and foundation. This video shows you how it is done and what is removed from this particular rug.
