F&M German

Two F&M senior German majors, Gabriel Butler and Katie Pippenger, presented their Senior Capstone Portfolios at the end of the fall 2025 semester. They detailed the paths that the study of German had taken them over the past four years and gave fellow students and community members a tour of their portfolio websites. The Senior Capstone Portfolio is a brand new requirement of the F&M German major and includes a personal statement and reflection, a language self-assessment, and examples of work completed in German courses (written, oral, and creative).
