Are you a Paramedic, EMT, LPN, or PHRN looking for a meaningful career that makes a real impact? Lancaster EMS is seeking a Community Paramedicine Program Provider to help improve healthcare access for underserved populations. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one patient care, health education, and community resource referrals—bridging healthcare gaps and making a difference where it matters most.

📌 Position Highlights:
✔️ Conduct in-home visits for recently discharged patients
✔️ Perform essential health services like blood draws & wound care
✔️ Educate & empower patients to improve their health
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance care coordination

💰 Competitive Pay & Benefits:
💲 $22.25 - $28.25/hr
📆 Flexible schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
🎉 Paid holidays + 176 hours PTO annually
