Last year I moved to Lancaster, PA with the intention of re-starting a practice from scratch. To my surprise, Turnpaugh Health and Wellness Center has offered me a position at their Manheim and Strasburg locations! I'm delighted to have joined their team as a CranioSacral therapist. It's a joy to be working alongside other providers with resources for Functional Health, and their support staff does an incredible job of supporting patients and practitioners in delivering our care.

Tom Myers is a world-class movement/alignment/manual therapy educator. His theory of Anatomy Trains (fascial meridians through the body) is one of the best models for a global understanding of human structures. If you want to understand how a twisted ankle can cause jaw dysfunction, or why effective treatment of shoulder pain must address the chest muscles, you need a global view of the muscles, skeleton, and fascia.

We are just about at the midpoint in our Maine summer program and are so grateful to all who have traveled to come study with us!
