Affordable Legal Services
We are a 501c3 non-profit charity, originally founded in Delaware County, Pennsylvania in 1983. Its main purpose at that time was to resettle refugees. Since 1992, we have been recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals in order to provide immigration legal counseling.
TODAY, we help immigrants navigate the complex United States immigration system. Our licensed attorneys and Accredited Representatives provide legal services to low-income residents in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware, through offices in Lansdowne and Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
We receive no government funds and rely solely upon tax-deductible contributions to offer our reduced fee and free legal services to qualified families.
