As schedules tighten and projects become more difficult to deliver around occupied campuses, many districts are looking for ways to reduce disruption, improve predictability, and keep construction moving with fewer surprises.

That’s why we pay close attention to how buildings function day to day, not just how they look on a floor plan.

A group of our team members recently joined an Adopt-a-Block cleanup in Lancaster’s Warehouse District.

It was a great opportunity to spend time together outside the office while helping care for a neighborhood we’re proud to be part of.
