On February 13 NPI received a $1 million grant from an anonymous donor. The funds were designated for the expansion of the Cardiac Unit at Nazareth Hospital . This generous donation will help advance the Hospital's mission of providing quality patient care in Nazareth and the surrounding region.

"The Light That Never Goes Out," written by Najlaa Asmar, a clinical psychologist and Director of the Maana Center at Nazareth Hospital , is more than just a story. It's a powerful guide designed to help us navigate difficult times by tapping into our inner strength.

Najlaa's message speaks directly to what many families are facing – the unsettling noises, the sirens, and the anxiety that touches both adults and children. Yet, she reminds us, "in the midst of it all, there remains room for inner strength, for compassion, and for psychological resilience that we can build with our children, step by step, through listening, dialogue, and embracing."

This story is a call to draw reassurance from within and pass that strength to our children and loved ones. It’s about keeping the flame of hope alive, even when it feels hardest.
