It's always a pleasure to work with a seller who is able to price the home where it should be. With the home price correct, Redfin's marketing and a few staging touches by me, the combination creates the sale. The home was previously listed, however, the photography showed the home dark and uninviting. Photography makes a difference. Buyer's are visual and search the internet for homes.
