This Saturday (tomorrow!) we are hosting a Meet and Greet with a favorite artist of ours all the way from Indianapolis, Krista Bermeo!

We’ve carried Krista Bermeo’s designs in our store for many years, and over time she’s become not just a favorite artist of ours and our customers, but a dear friend.

She began her jewelry career in 2005 designing for The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, where she explored playful, organic forms in molten glass, shaping each piece with gravity and dental tools.

While her work today is created primarily for adults, her designs still reflect a fascination with light and a thoughtful balance between elegance and playfulness. Her delicate forms often echo diatoms, dewdrops, pebbles, twigs, and grains of magnified sand.

Krista Bermeo’s work has also been featured in a diverse and well known retail setting including the Corning Museum of Glass, the Phillips Collection, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, the The Andy Warhol Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
