For a long time, my worth felt tied to my productivity.
A few years ago, after wise counsel from - I started implementing regular “personal days.”

Not every personal day is aesthetic or exciting. Sometimes it’s cleaning, meal prep or simply being present. (Once I fasted + read the entire book of Psalms 😅) It’s whatever I’m feeling I need.

But learning to step out of constant “doing” has done wonders for my physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Highly recommend to my fellow recovering “boss babe/workaholics.”
