Our Story

SlateHouse Group is a Property Management company in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey using technology to find tenants, manage properties, and increase owners investments. SlateHouse was started when Chad and Nate were frustrated that there weren’t any local property management companies to manage their investments that had invested in technology and local service.

5 Years later, SlateHouse employs over 100 passionate full-time people spread across Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey and manages over 3,500 units for over 900 different real estate investors. SlateHouse has built or licensed 14 different technologies to provide better returns for investors of real estate.
