This Fourth of July, RGS joins our communities in recognizing 250 years of independence across the shared spaces, public places, and local landscapes that will bring people together throughout the holiday weekend.

Our teams from all locations recently came together for RGS Associates’ annual Employee Appreciation Day, an afternoon dedicated to the people who make our work possible!

Staff from Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Paoli gathered on the rooftop at Tellus 360 for sunshine, food, drinks, and plenty of friendly competition. This year’s main event brought out a highly competitive co****le tournament, with teams competing for the critical award of bragging rights.

Congratulations to the Third Floor Corn Dawgz for earning overall Winning Team honors, and to the Tournament Champions HelTrees, Chris Helwig and Ryan Trees from Team Yorkisburg.

Events like this help recognize the staff, collaboration and shared commitment that continue to shape the culture at RGS Associates. As always, we're already looking forward to next year!

On Memorial Day, we pause to recognize the service members who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice carries meaning beyond a single day, and we are grateful for the courage, commitment, and legacy they leave behind.

We remember them today with respect and reflection.
