Ah, the benefits of Direct Primary Care when traveling! Our 8-year-old patient , currently vacationing with is family in Florida, stepped on something sharp yesterday. Dad texted me (Dr. Rohal) this picture this morning, concerned his foot is getting infected. Looks like it. So I called in antibiotics to the local Publix, and gave some advice about treating the wound. All by secure text-messaging, and saving this family an Urgent Care visit. Thanks to this patient and his dad for letting us share his story.

One of our patients has been busy at home making homemade masks, and she dropped these beauties off to us yesterday. Thank you! One for every mood. Dr. Rohal will sport the Peanuts one today. (But we’re still using those N95’s when needed!)
