One simple adjustment to anything can make it much better. Here we have a nice addition to the variation of the reverse lunge with two loaded implements, a sled and Kettlebell. As it says in the description, the loaded implement with pull is already tough demanding stability, focus, balance with the development of the posterior chain. Another great addition, which focuses on the core musculature, removing/limiting lateral flexion but forcing control, balance, and activation through the isometrc hold.
