Skip the gym membership - work out at home!

Set the tone for a great workout:
Music
Whether you put on your headphones or stream on your computer, television or stereo system, music can help energize your workout and push you to keep going with the beat.

Mirror
Have a mirror, preferably full length, positioned so you can watch yourself as you train. Using proper form can ensure you don't injure yourself.

Mat
Wherever surface you are working out on, your joints can benefit from a rubber mat, like a yoga mat.

Walls & chairs
Walls and chairs can provide great support for stretches and yoga poses. Use a chair to stabilize your balance, a wall for support during inverted poses, and to sit and do bicep curls and more.

Get a fan
