AHHH DETAILS 😍 (here comes a wedding industry slightly hot take post guys…)

I’ve heard quite a few times in the industry that detail photos are only for the photographer and not the couple, but as a recent bride I totally disagree with that.

Your detail photos capture and document the small things that you may have spent HOURS on intentionally deciding. The veil your sister had at her wedding, the something blue your mom gave you as a wedding gift, your grandma’s necklace that your grandpa gave her on their wedding day. All part of your wedding details. (gonna get me emotional already) 🥹😭

These are extremely unique, irreplaceable, and sentimental items on your WEDDING day that you can show future generations. No other part of the day highlights these sentimental details so intentionally!

I was so particular and intentional with our wedding day details and I’m so grateful we have timeless images of those important and sentimental items.

Detail photos are for the sentimental bride, it’s for keepsake and nostalgia, it is so worth having, take it from a recent bride 🤍

Winter is now nearing its end my friends… the ONLYYY downside to that (in my opinion) is that it means no more snowy engagement sessions building snowmen, having snow ball fights, and especially no more cutesy ice skating engagement sessions. SOO I figured it was about time that I shared this cutie couple (who happen to be our dear friends, too)!!! ⛸️❄️🤍📷💍✨
