It’s been a wild six weeks! I kicked it off with gaining my Desigination from NAR through attending and participating in additional course work.
Then, I’ve been extremely thankful to be able to see so many people at the different events put on by my team and brokerage, like Pi Day, and the Lansing Home Show.

One of the reasons I entered real estate nearly eight years ago was the opportunity to help people with what is often their largest financial investment. Homeownership plays an important role in long-term wealth building, and it’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

Recently, I had the privilege of working with a veteran client using a VA loan—an outstanding program that is often misunderstood or underutilized. When structured properly, VA financing can offer little to no out-of-pocket closing costs and help strengthen a buyer’s overall financial position.

We found a home that was a great fit, even though the seller was initially hesitant to accept VA terms. Through education, collaboration, and strong partnerships—especially with Noah Kemler at CrossCountry Mortgage—we were able to create a win-win and successfully close the transaction.
