Just because you’re going out for a fancy dinner tonight doesn’t mean you need to starve yourself all day.
It’s not a thing. Stop trying to make it a thing.
A serving of that delicious truffle Mac and cheese isn’t going to do as much damage as not eating all day and continuing to perpetuate a bad relationship with food.
