We have a VERY exciting update!!! We got a FANTASTIC decision in the case Liz filed against the Ingham County Election Commission for wrongly denying her petition to recall Brandon! Judge Canady said we just need to fix a couple typos and then the petition language can be refiled and WILL be clear & factual (ie- cannot be rejected by the election commission). We will get the petition with Judge Canady's language filed ASAP and signature collection will begin soon after that. We are so excited we will be able to move forward with recalling Brandon Betz!!!

Welcome new folks! By way of update, we had a clarity hearing today on the petition that we filed recently. We will be amending the language and filing a new petition very soon. We will update you when we do that, and once the petition is approved, we will be able to begin collecting signatures.
