🚨 Wisconsin School-Based Medicaid Is Changing July 1, 2026. Be proactive, not reactive!
Phase 1 expanded services. Phase 2 changes how you submit claims.

Starting July 1, 2026:
• Services that are prescribed, referred, or ordered must include a Type 1 (individual) NPI
• Referring providers must be properly Medicaid enrolled
• Claims missing required NPIs may be denied
• Interim payment submissions will be impacted
• Signature and referral workflows must align
