I'm sure I sound like a broken record. Inventory is REALLY low. We still need sellers who are ready to list their homes.

However, did you know that you can list your home contingent on finding suitable housing for you to move into? Many people don't want to sell for fear of not finding a new home. This contingency allows you to get a buyer and not be forced to sell unless you find a new home acceptable to you.

New inventory is coming on the market every day. Homes are selling very fast. The amazing interest rates make it worth the extra time it may take a buyer to find the perfect home. They are getting so much more for their money in today's market.
