SUMMER ENROLLMENT PAPERWORK IS HERE!!!

We are a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED program. If we fill up, your child will be placed on a waitlist.

The brightwheel link will be posted on our page, on the Waverly website as well as right here (link below).

**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETING THE SUMMER 2026 ENROLLMENT PAPERWORK!!!**

Due to the East Intermediate Child Care License, students must be 5 years old before the start of Summer Program (June 8th).

Calendars must be submitted via email or in person within 24 hours of completing the enrollment packet. Photos of the attendance calendars will not be accepted. If emailing, please send as 1 PDF document. If calendars are not submitted within 24 hours, you will lose your spot in the queue. (Brightwheel submissions are date and time stamped.)

All unpaid balances must be paid IN FULL prior to enrollment. (Exception: if you receive DHHS tuition scholarship)

DHHS does NOT cover ACTIVITY FEES. (To clarify, DHHS does not cover activity fees but if you have a credit large enough to cover them, it will be taken from your credit. We just do not bill DHHS for those fees.)

There will be a fundraiser available starting 3/19/26 to help cover the cost of activity fees (Goodies Factory- please pick up a fundraiser packet from your Student Center location).

All registration fees and activity fees are due by the due date on the invoice that you will receive if you secured a spot.

Please allow Hanna and I a MINIMUM of 48 hours after submission to inquire about your position in the queue as we will be getting enrollment packets approved as quickly as possible.
