The MMBC Show was a success! Over 238 visitors filled out a ballot for the People's Choice Awards! Visitors voted for their favorite bonsai trees at Van Attas Greenhouse/Nursery on 9/20/25 - 9/21/25.
Here is the list of winners:
1st place - Mark Takagishi - Thuja occidentalis - 'Primo' forest.
2nd place - Alex Ellis - Thuja occidentalis - Arborvitae.
3rd place - Mark Takagishi - Carpinus turczaninovii - Korean hornbeam forest.
4th place honorable mention was a tie.
Morry Pysarchik - Juniperus chinensis - Shimpaku juniper
Mike Simmons - Chamaecyparis obtusa - 'Sekka Hinoki'
