Empowering Young Parents

Stepping Up Together offers supportive Case Management to Pregnant and Parenting Young Parents in the Greater Lansing Michigan area. We help young parenting mothers and fathers: have a positive pregnancy outcome; developing effective parenting skills; staying in school or return to school; enter employment; work toward social and economic independence; prioritize personal goals of success; engage in family planning; build self-esteem, and foster supportive adult relationships.

Eligibility: Lansing area pregnant or parenting youth, 21 and under, No charge for services, No income eligibility.

Young Parents can refer themselves by contacting us by messaging us on our FB page. We will contact them to tell them more about our services to set up a meeting.

Service providers and organizations can like and follow our page to recieve regular program updates and helpful information. We can also be contacted via FB message to begin the referral process if you have a young parent that you would like us to work with.
