Michigan Braille and Talking Book Library

We were delighted to join the Grand Ledge Area District Library Summer Reading Kickoff and connect with so many community members!

Visitors enjoyed using the Braille LEGOs to write their names in braille. We also had the opportunity to share information about the FREE Braille and Talking Book Library service, which provides audiobooks and braille books to eligible readers with visual, physical, or reading disabilities.

Thank you to the Grand Ledge Area District Library for inviting us to be part of this wonderful event and for helping promote literacy and lifelong learning for everyone. We loved meeting patrons, answering questions, and spreading the word about accessible reading resources available right here in Michigan!

Experience a guided, hands-on tour designed to be welcoming and accessible for readers of all abilities. After the tour, stay and explore the Air Zoo on your own!
