Official Statement from Liquid Tattoo
Liquid Tattoo has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations following the discovery of serious internal irregularities during a routine internal review.
While preparing year-end records, it was determined that a significant number of required business documents had been intentionally destroyed for financial benefit. Based on this discovery, Liquid Tattoo is cooperating with appropriate processes to fully understand the scope of what occurred.
There is no risk to clients or the public. No personal or client information was stolen, compromised, or released at any time.
Out of an abundance of caution and respect for the integrity of the investigation, Liquid Tattoo has closed its doors effective immediately. All scheduled appointments have been cancelled, and all staff have been released. No individuals are being publicly named, and no speculation or accusations will be made while this matter is being addressed responsibly.
After 25 years of serving the community, this decision was not made lightly. Liquid Tattoo has always operated with a commitment to professionalism, safety, and trust, and this action reflects that same commitment.
Updates will be provided through official channels as appropriate. In the meantime, the owner asks for privacy, respect, and patience from the public and the media while this matter is resolved.
