Take 5 for Line 5! Send two notes to EGLE urging them to deny Enbridge’s wastewater permit, and their line 5 tunnel permit!

One (re: the line 5 tunnel) is best sent asap, or this week because they’re expected to announce that decision by July 6 or 7.

The other (re: Enbridge’s wastewater permit request) is due on June 30th. If you’re seeing this after June 30, just focus on the other permit action!

The first permit action is for the line 5 oil tunnel. Tell Phil Roos of EGLE that we expect them to deny the Enbridge Tunnel Permit. You can do this by sending a letter via our start page bio link.

The second permit action is to urge EGLE to reject Enbridge’s dangerous wastewater permit for the line 5 tunnel. Help us flood the EGLE office with comments from across the country by visiting the start page bio link!
