Someone recently commented on our YT channel saying they have multiple injuries: PTTD, a hip labral tear, thoracic outlet syndrome, and a wrist ligament tear—and they’re feeling hopeless. Each injury seems to limit how they can treat the others, and they no longer feel like their go-to hypermobility exercises are safe.
If you're in a similar place, here's what we’d consider:

✅ Get more than one opinion, especially when surgery is being discussed
✅ Focus on building strength from the ground up—think pelvis and low back first
✅ Work with providers who understand hypermobility (especially PTs or physiatrists)
✅ Use external supports to help you move with less pain
✅ Most importantly, don’t lose hope

It’s tough when it feels like your body is working against you. But you can make progress. It might just take a different toolkit than what you’ve used before.

Got a burning question like this one? Drop it in the comments or send us a message—we’ll do our best to help.

Are you struggling with unexplained joint pain, joints popping in and out of place, frequent injuries, or chronic fatigue? It could be more than you think.

Many people in Lansing and the surrounding area may be living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) or related conditions without knowing it. These conditions often go undiagnosed but can significantly impact daily life.

I’ve created a short video to help you understand the signs and symptoms of hEDS and why getting the right diagnosis matters.

This is information I wish more people had access to—especially those living with chronic pain or uncertainty about their health.

💬 If this resonates with you or someone you know, please share your thoughts in the comments. You don’t have to face this alone—let’s create awareness and connect!
