Lansing unveils a renovated Fire Station 2, part of $175M public safety renovations The previous Fire Station 2 at 2114 N. Grand River Ave. was too small for an ambulance. The new station has space for a firetruck and an ambulance.

In partnership with Capital Area Housing Partnership, we are proud to announce the closing of financing for The Dean – Apartments at Eastlawn, a $59 million affordable and workforce housing development that will transform a former school site into a vibrant new community.

Over the past year, River Caddis Communities has successfully closed financing for 432 new homes, a milestone that underscores our mission to provide safe and dignified housing options that empower families across mid-Michigan. We are dedicated to tackling Michigan’s affordable housing challenges by creating inclusive, sustainable communities.
