How To Train And Prepare For Box Lacrosse Connor Wilson is back from box lacrosse in Prague and is sore and exhausted! Taking his experiences into account, he has come up with a training guide for box lacrosse. It's a different game and requires specific training and preparation!

In a effort to give back to the community Kangaroo Lacrosse was honored to team up with Mid-Michigan Environmental Action Council for the Annual Spring 2013 Volunteer Stream Monitoring. Working together teams went to different watersheds in Michigan to make everything in the area. Along with monitoring they spent time sampling the macroinvertebrates ("critters"). Also, looking for caddisflies, damselflies, scuds and more.
