🟠 Wednesday (July 15): Air quality is forecast to reach Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (Orange AQI), with the potential for Unhealthy (Red AQI) conditions at times as smoke concentrations fluctuate.

🔴 Thursday (July 16): Air quality is expected to worsen, with Unhealthy (Red AQI) conditions possible throughout much of Mid-Michigan. Localized smoke plumes could briefly cause even poorer air quality.

The combination of smoke and heat can increase the risk of breathing problems and heat-related illness.

Monitor conditions before spending extended time outdoors and be prepared to adjust plans if air quality worsens.
