Crown and Stone
Where growth takes root, and transformation begins

Behind the scenes today ✨
We are in full planning mode for a beautiful Summer Solstice retreat happening this weekend, held by The Movement Witch.
Crown & Stone is honored to be supporting this retreat through catering, sound, and ritual.
This weekend is also the first little glimpse into something new we’re building — Kitch Witch Catering, where food, beauty, and ceremony come together.
Eight souls will gather to play, rest, move with fire, soften into connection, and be nourished on every level.
We’ll be providing the full weekend retreat menu, along with a sound bath and ritual dining experience woven intentionally into the flow of the retreat.
This is the kind of work that feels deeply aligned — where food becomes ceremony, nourishment becomes grounding, and every detail is created with care.
So grateful to be part of this Summer Solstice weekend with The Movement Witch. 🌞🔥
More to come from Kitch Witch Catering soon.

I am so excited to share that this August, I will be continuing my education and moving onto Level 3: Advanced Sound & Vibrational Therapies through the SVMT Method with Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Sound.
I will also be diving deeper into the power of the voice through their Welcome to Your Voice program — exploring the voice as a tool for healing, expression, embodiment, and connection.
Continuing this education is so important to me, not only for my own growth, but for the way I hold space here at Crown & Stone. Every layer of study allows me to bring more depth, intention, safety, and presence into the sound experiences I offer.
I’m so grateful to keep learning, expanding, and bringing this work back into our community. ✨
Crown & Stone started as an art business — a small creative that slowly became something so much deeper.
Through healing, community, courage, and learning to listen to myself, it grew into a space where people can feel seen, supported, and reminded of the magic they already carry.
This space was born from my own need for connection, and it continues to grow right alongside me. 🤍
Tonight at Crown & Stone, we’re celebrating two years of Sister Circle. ✨
This evening’s Sister Circle is all about connection, creativity, joy, and honoring the community that has been growing here over the last two years.
In preparation for tonight, we’ve been creating our maypole — a symbol of weaving together individual stories, shared intentions, friendship, and celebration. Each ribbon becomes part of something bigger, just like each woman who has been part of this circle has helped shape what it is today.
We’re so grateful for the beautiful community forming through Crown & Stone, and we can’t wait to gather, create, share a meal, and celebrate sisterhood tonight. 🤍

Once in a Blue Moon ✨🌕
Join us at Crown & Stone on Sunday, May 31st from 3–5 PM for an intentional Blue Moon gathering rooted in reflection, creativity, and connection.
This rare Blue Moon in Sagittarius invites us to zoom out, see the bigger picture, and reflect on what truth, clarity, or new direction may be rising within us.
During this gathering, each guest will create a personal take-home altar using a curated selection of crystals, handmade pottery, symbolic objects, and other meaningful pieces chosen to support beauty, insight, and intention.
We’ll also share a gentle astrology reflection, a personal card pull, charcuterie, refreshments, and time in sacred community.
This gathering is for the part of you ready to honor what is shifting, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create something meaningful to carry forward.

The Fairy Realm opened at Crown & Stone. ✨
The room transported you to a magical realm. 🧚🏼♂️ The bowls, chimes, gong, and rain sounds carried us somewhere a little more enchanted, a little more tender, and a little more alive.
Thank you to everyone who stepped into the magic with me. I’m still feeling the sweetness of it today. 🧚♀️
More sound journeys are coming soon.
🚧 Parking Update for Crown & Stone 🚧
Due to the current road construction on North Washington directly in front of our building, parking and access may look a little different for the next few weeks.
For now, the easiest parking option is the lot directly across the street from Crown & Stone, which can be accessed from Madison St. or N. Capitol Ave.
From there, you can walk across North Washington and enter through our front door. The road is currently dirt/construction area, so please use caution as you cross.
Thank you so much for your patience, flexibility, and continued support while this temporary construction is happening. We appreciate you more than you know. 🤍

The Ta**us New Moon arrives on May 16, 2026 — and this one carries deep, rooted, transformative energy.
Ta**us invites us back into the body. Back into beauty. Back into devotion, steadiness, pleasure, and the small rituals that help us feel safe enough to grow.
This New Moon also connects with Algol, the fixed star tied to Medusa — the feared feminine gaze, the shadow, the power that was silenced, controlled, misunderstood, or turned into something to fear.
So I created these 8 grounded rituals as an invitation to return to yourself.
To your body.
To your worth.
To your boundaries.
To your desire.
To the power you are ready to reclaim with wisdom.
Take what resonates. Save this for the New Moon. Let what you plant now echo for years.

Happy Mother’s Day from Crown & Stone ✨💗
Today we honor all who carry mother energy — the mothers, grandmothers, aunties, sisters, friends, caregivers, nurturers, and the ones who lovingly tend to life in seen and unseen ways.
Mothering can look like birth, adoption, chosen family, mentorship, friendship, healing, protection, creativity, and care.
To every mother figure who shows up with love, strength, softness, and devotion — we see you, we honor you, and we hope you feel deeply held today.
Happy Mother’s Day ✨
